The Didsbury Golf Club is currently Fully Staffed for the 2025 Season

Your goal as the successful candidate is to provide an efficient and professional experience for our members and guests and to ensure that our customer service is the best that it can be.

Responsibilities are for – but not limited to:
- Answer telephone inquiries, book Tee times, check in customers
- Equipment rentals and merchandise sales
- Cash out balancing and reporting
- General shop and equipment upkeep and tidying

You:
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Have customer service experience
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and strive to improve them
- Are able to provide our guests with Professional & Personal service
- Comfortable using computers and POS system
- Have strong cash handling skills and product knowledge

Shifts:
- Seasonal position from May until mid-October
- Required availability for weekday and weekends
- Mornings (8:00 – 3:00) and / or Afternoons (3:00 – closing)
- Approximately 20 – 30 hours / week
